Matchbook Services, Inc. DBA Matchbook AI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple teams by gathering and prioritizing product requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Sales teams to define clear product requirements and ensure smooth execution of development cycles. Maintain a high level of coordination to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial planning and development to continuous improvement post-launch. Ensure alignment with the product vision and objectives
- Conduct regular customer meetings and feedback sessions to inform product decisions and refine features based on user needs
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals. Ensure visibility and transparency of product initiatives across the organization
- Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles in the product development or launch phases to prevent delays and ensure timely product delivery
- Collaborate with Sales teams to define and execute strategies, ensuring successful product launches and alignment with customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related plus 5 years of progressive experience as Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst or related
- Demonstrated proficiency in Jira, Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Visio
